The original product and the replacement product was DEFECTIVE!
I received a set of Signature Embroidered Vine Duvet Set with blue "ink/marker" dots up and down the sides of the embroidered vines. I contacted customer service, who then requested photos which I sent. Boll & Branch offered a replacement set and I was given the option to keep or donate the first set. I received a replacement set days later and that set also had the same markings. I attempted to remove the stains on one of the pillowcases with stain solution, but I was unsuccessful. I contacted customer service again with photos and description of my intervention(s). I received the following email from Boll & Branch: Thank you for contacting Boll & Branch Customer Experience. I do apologize that you have experienced this issue again. I did reach out to our quality assurance team with your photo and comments, but they did not approve a second replacement for this product. I also cannot guarantee any subsequent replacements would be without those marks. I've attached return labels for both products if you'd like to return them. It’s a good thing I hadn’t donated the first set yet! Boll & Branch failed twice to deliver a 1st quality, non-defective product. Additionally, Boll & Branch failed to provide a positive customer experience by basically saying “if you don’t like it, send it back, and get something from somewhere else”. How can Boll & Branch advertise that their bedding products are comparable to” bedding that costs thousands of dollars” and that “Quality Takes Time” , or our Uniquely Soft Signature Fabric is beloved for its buttery, breathable feel that gets softer with every wash. Woven in the highest quality 100% organic cotton threads. You need to add an asterisk *despite our best efforts there are times there will be manufacturing marks that may be noticeable on our luxury embroidered items that cannot be laundered away and if your standards of bedding don’t include having these markings, you should shop elsewhere.
